Red dot on hard palate chest and arm

Asked for Male, 60 Years

I have red dots on my hard palate, arms and chest my gingiva bled spontaneously during gingival probing and my blood tests were normal. My diet are as follows; bread and butter, meat and potatoes. I don't add fruits and vegetables on my diet.
