Red colour lump under armpit

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Actually I'm 19 yr old man working out vigourously and I didn't shave my underarms hair for a while now, However yesterday I had some pain in my right underarm and there was flaky brown skin , with a red pimple type lump on the right underarm Here are the pics :-
