Red color patches in penis head
From last 2 weeks, i have a red rash type patches in my penis head. 1 year ago i had a small growth in the penis which was treated with cream. It grows back sometimes if i stop using the lotion.

It seems that you have an infection of the genitalia, it will be better to consult a nearby Dermatologist for proper evaluation of the condition as some tests may be required.
