  4. Red bumps in eye lids. Your reference.

Red bumps in eye lids
Hi doc My baby has recently developed small red bumps on eye lids. She is also rubbing her eyes because of this. We apply kajal to her eyes daily, also we use Littles baby wipes to clean the excess kajal on the eye lids. Is it because of these things or is it something else. Attaching the image for your reference. Thanks in advance.
