Red bump in my upper right eyelid and has remained there for long time.It doesn't affect my vision.

Your symptoms are suggestive of chalazion
Treatment
A medical management includes warm compresses followed by lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down followed by application of aziyhromycin ointment over lid margins
B intralesional Kenacort injection
C incision and curettage
