Red,brown spots over arm

Hi, I have brown and red spots scattered over shoulders back and some on back. It doesn't itch or burn. Sometimes. There are red bumps and after sometime they gone. But the spots doesn't go away. Its being over 8years i have this spots,first i ignored and at start, it was present at small area but gradually they increased over to shoulders. I have seen many doctors some say its because liver issue, trunkal acne,keratosis pilasis. Used the same consulted medicines but no help. Its doesn't look good for long term and i am scared very much. Please help
