Recurring throat infectio
Every month I am getting throat infection once and I am using azax 500. Last time I didn't use and tried gargle for 10 days and it subsided, please advise what is permanent treatment.

If you are suffering from frequent attacks of throat pain, painfull swallowing, and fever then you might be having condition known as chronic tonsillitis. Though surgery is not absolutely indicated in this condition, tonsillectomy will completely cure you from this recurrent infections.
If you don't want surgery then you need to take antibiotics Whenever you get infection
Use clean water, do regular mouth gargling with salt water
