Recurrent styes at your age and your profile could either be due to oily skin or if you need spectacle correction for power. Please check your vision and see if you need glasses. if you are not wearing glasses you may be rubbing your eyes frequently which can lead to this problem. what is the treatment you have taken so far? You have mentioned that you have eczema as well. that could also be a contributing factor.

Recurrent styes warrant a clinical examination to check for 1. Refractive error 2. Blepharitis or dandruff of the lashes 3. Blood examination to rule out diabetes. Continue with warm compresses in the interim. If in Mumbai you can set up an appointment at our center - Arete Clinics or see an ophthalmologist locally. Occasionally lid hygiene and oral medications may be needed to control recurrence.
Next Steps
Consult with a qualified Ophthalmologist.
