Recurring red painless spots on penis.

I am 36 year of age married 5 years ago I am getting recurring red tiny spots on my penis head which are painless and Swelling on the penis gland i feel pain while i intercourse on penis head and tight foreskin this problem started first when i had unprotected sex with my wife she also suffered from the same but she took some medication and she is not facing this issue again , but i am getting this spots quiet regular specially when i have 3-4 drinks of alcohol the problem comes and disappear after i apply Lobate-Gm cream but it is not getting 100% cure since the problem keeps coming backs to penis i feel pain during intercourse on head gland and foreskin of the penis feels stretched and pain , I am looking for help so that i should get cure for good
