Red spots and itchy penis
Two weeks ago I saw a red spot on my foreskin...it was not itchy then...now I think it has spread around my penis and causes itching. I am scared that it could be a STD...

Since its itchy may be of fungal etiology...over-the-counter antifungal ointment, lotion, powder or spray. The rash may clear up quickly with these treatments, but continue applying the medication twice a day for at least for 3 to 4 weeks.....Consult nearest dermatologist for clinical examination they will do the needful.
