Recurring pain and burning sensation

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have recurring pain and burning sensation in urine since July 15. I have consulted well known urologist at Jaipur. But it happens in intervels of 15 to 40 days. When this happens, I feel pain in lower abdomen which radiates to thighs mostly right thigh and hips. Feeling mild pain on top part of penis.
