Recurring of anal fissure after LIS surg
I am 27 years old . 5 years ago Lateral anal sphinctertomy was done by a colorectal surgeon for anal fissure. But 20 days ago I feel pain during washing after latrine but no bleeding not any pain during motion and no hard stool episode . Then I consulted a general surgeon who told that a pit is created at 11 '0' clock position but it is not a fissure in ano. So , he prescribed escort cream and sitz bath then after 15 days this pit is gone and rechecked by surgeon who told NAD. So , my question is why this is happening ??? After LIS surgery why this is happening as after LIS surgery fissure does not come back ??.
