Recurring infection look like ringworm
One year back ,I visited Dubai...by the end of trip ,aa small pore appeared on my arm ,then it spread to other arm ...used Ayurvedic medicine...fine for few months, then as dosage completed, infection started again, itching in intervals...visited general physician ,he gave lulicanozole n micanozole ointments....relief for few weeks,again problem starts

You are having recurrent fungal infection. Only cream is not enough. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Do not delay treatment as it may spread everywhere on the body and also to other living with you.
