Recurring Hamstring spasm/tightness
Whenever I do squats or deadlift ,my left hamstring gets tight on next day to 4-5 days,and pains on movement I am still taking medicine from 3 different doctor from 4 months (neurologist,2 orthopaedic doctors)

Better get proper warm up n cool down , need personal examination to get a better solution

I haven’t examined you, but I will suggest you do to hamstrings stretches before going for workout
