Recurring gas problem
I have recurring pain in abdomen and chest. I do flatulence excessively. Of late I am feeling nausea too. Is it gas or something else.

You may be having the habit of deliberate belching, that is called Aerophagy. While doing so you are eating more air, which gets collected in your stomach below the diaphragm causing tightness in abdomen. More you burp or belch, more is the ingestion of air inside causing more distress. Try to hold your burps, it may seem difficult to start with but if you can do it like in Yoga, you can get rid of this problem. Instead of medicines you can take Cumin seeds which act as Carminative to break air bubbles and facilitate easy propulsion of air with food and fluid.
