Recurrin fever, bloodloss

My dad got fever 6 months ago and its continued till now. Once he admitted in the hospital the fever is getting reduced and its recurring again at home. They tried to perform variety of tests (HIV, body scan, lever issues, X-Ray, ECG), and they couldn't see any abnormalities in those reports. Recently a week ago he lost blood (no reason why blood loss happened) and required to inject the blood. Still he is in hospital, and doctors couldn't find the root cause for the recurring fever and coldish. Please suggest what to be done? Very very much thanks in advance.

Please talk to your doctors regarding future course.. Fever has non infectious causes also. If you want take 2nd opinion also.
