Recurrent white spot on tonsils
I am getting white spots on tonsils continuously from last 2 months along with not able to swallow and ear pain. Sometimes both side ear pain , sometimes only one side. I feel mucus coming up from my body to throat and irritates me until I throw out. My doctor just keeps on putting me on antibiotics from last 2 months but it's not helping me on reducing this issue. Do I have any complicated issues , is there any deficiency in me.

It needs a detailed ENT evaluation. Antibiotics alone may not help without proper tests like throat swab and endoscopy. Get checked for chronic tonsillitis, tonsil stones or other causes like reflux.

This could be recurrent tonsillitis or tonsillolith. If this is infectious, make sure you complete the course of antibiotics. If it is tonsillolith then this might need expulsion of deposits. A picture of throat might help in reaching a diagnosis.
