Recurrent uti
I have Staph aureus uti....i was initailly given nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice daily but eith it the problem did not resolve nd then was given levofloxacin 500 mg for 14 days daily.....but now after 5-6 months my culture has again come positive nd m resistant to many drugs but sensitive to amoxicillin and clavulinic acid..... so doctor has given me polyclav 625 three times a day for a week....just wanted to knw is it very high dose.....would it do any harm to me
