Recurrent miscarriage. Is the solution.

My wife is 32 year. Married from 5 yrs with regular 26 days cycle.she had 4 miscarriages i first trimester due to bleeding. After many tests done, all apla, aca,ana reports are normal. But my wife's karyotype is 46XX,14ps+ which some doctors say it is absolutely normal and some says recurrent miscarriage is due to this karyotype. I am confused please clarify. After  the 4th miscarriage i am diagnosed with 4.5cm left ovarian cyst. My current doctor gave me deviry tablet. After one cycle it was shrinked to 3.5cm. Now she is on miliana tablet for 2 more cycle with advice of no intercourse. My question is whether my wife will have a baby with this karyotype or every pregnancy will terminate in between 8 to 10 weeks. What is the solution.
