Recurrent fungal infection and swelling.

I've been dealing with many issues with my penis for more than a year now. This all started because I had unprotected anal sex. First I got a fungal infection and also genital warts on the penis shaft just under the penile head (they went away after the doctor gave me a paint to apply on it). I did the mistake of applying over the counter steroid creams continuously for months and I think that's why the fungal infection isn't going away. I've tried all sorts of creams and oral medicines doctors prescribed me but nothing seems to eradicate the fungal infection. Presently I'm using Luliconazole cream which helps but as soon as I stop applying, the inflammation & irritation begins again. Also, another strange thing is that there is a hard swelling right under my penile head. I don't know what it is but it wasn't there before. And I'm unable to keep my foreskin back and my head exposed because it hurts me when it touches the underwear. I was able to do that without any problem before.
