My 22 months toddler had cold for more than a week. Took her to the doctor. He diagnosed acute cold and prescribed coriminic syrup. And also prescribed zedocef 100 in case the symptoms didn't improve. It did get better with coriminic syrup. But now it's sort of back. So should I give her the antibiotic dose or not? Please help. Cant contact the doctor as we are out of station.

No,it's probably allergic.
If mild, just give steam inhalations for cold and use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever if required.
