Before 3 month ago I get itraconazole 200mg night everyday . After 7 days i get cure. After 3 month again started. Can i use itraconazole 400mg per day as 200mg morning after breakfast and 200mg night after dinner?? Please advice me

Use twice as before and add a cream to that like betnovate
