Since 2011 FESS done in 2011 ,2016 ,2020 In 2021 FESS with medial Maxillectomy done In 2023 Endoscopy Partial Maxillectomy done in April 23 Paras Gurgaon Post operative nasal crust issues In Dec 23 Endoscopy done nasal passages clear In Jan 24 marked nasal obstruction, Endoscopy doubt of recurrence, CT scan revealed Polyps Consulted ENT surgeon.. suggested Subtotal/total Maxillectomy Kindly give your valuable opinion and Help What next to be done and where . Yes, the suggestion given is correct to go for subtotal/total maxillectomy. The type of polyp you have doesn't regress or go away with medicines. It will have to be removed by surgery only.
