  3. Rectal pain. Would be the exact issue?

Having some rectal pain frequently I.e. for every month almost and that to from past 3 months. Pain would be there for 2-3 days and get relieved by taking general medicine. What would be the exact issue? No other symptoms faced till now even I don't feel any constipation issue.
