Recovery frm inflamation n mild fever

I was having fever from 3 may n tested covid positive on 7 may,but having mild fever(99.4) n yesterday crp was 7,esr 27,d dimer was normal,cbc also normal.
Dr said mild fever due 2 inflamation,n said levels r not so high that u need any medicine.how to get rid of it as im fed up of 13 days isolation,no income only expenses on tests.hope u understand,pls guide.
