My mother age is 42 having recent carbuncle operation on 9/07/2021 also having diabetes from 3 years 1st sugar is 400 to 500 range after taking insulin 26 22 22 nd 30unit glargine at night. Now sugar is 201 nd 220 what dose should be taken now? For plastic surgery on her back
