Operation or Normal delivery for pregnan

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My sister is pregnant and her last month is going on which 9 month and only 10 days left for delivery she had one child 5-6 year back and it was not normal delivery happen as doctor has done operation for delivery, she has done Sonography today and in Sonography it is revealed that - THE SCAR IS UNREMARKABLE (0.4CM) so my question is will it be normal delivery or she needs to do operations for delivery ?? As Doctor Suggested for Operation after 10 days
