If your diagnosis of Oral Submucous Fibrosis has been confirmed by an oral pathologist, then I would like to differ with the opinion of the ENT specialist. Recurrent ulcers in patients of Oral Submucous Fibrosis is not a good sign and needs to be taken care of immediately. You should go for a proper clinical examination by a dentist, preferably an oral pathologist. A biopsy might be required for a confirmatory diagnosis. Till that time, you can use dologel CT ointment for temporary symptomatic relief only. Regards.
