  3. Reason of fever. My day as a normal one.

Reason of fever
Yesterday night I was having dinner at home and after that when I was going to bed I felt fever suddenly. I took paracetamol at home and it was normal. Next day again got fever. What could be the reason as I spent my day as a normal one.
