Reason for vaginal itching no discharge.

Few months back i got a yeast infection. I went to the medical store and he gave me some medicines and a cream. I was fine . But after 20 days i got my vagina waxed and due to that i got little bumps over there. Which healed after 4-5 days . But in between these days i had sex and during sex i got slight blood . I think it was the pimple which got bursted because of the sex. The question is after 10 days I faced some vaginal itching very slight itching. I tried to avoid it because it was not very bad and there was nothing unusual there was no discharge. My periods were normal. Which is why I avoided it. But it's been 2-3 months now. After every 2 days i experience the itching. I want to know what c can be the reason and what can I do.
