Reason for eye blackout.
Last week, I got anxiety and chest pain . I've undergone  ECG, Echo and TMT . Every test was normal. I am suffering from anxiety attacks from past few days . Doctor gave me Lonazep 0.25 and Nexito 10. Last night , I woke up suddenly, and heart Palpitations started. After few minutes, I got eye blackout for few seconds. Afterwards everything was normal. What could be the reason?

Don't worry ,it's an acute severe form of anxiety (panic attack) that you experienced and it's treatable .The medicines you are taking (nexito) has to be continued,it takes some time to act usually 2 weeks in most people .With your Psychiatrist permission you should take TAB CLONAZEPAM 0.25  whenever you get one such attack.TAB NEXITO can be taken in the morning after food since it has a small adverse effect on the sleep onset and maintenance, which is also transient

Hey Be regular with your medications and try some natural ways too ….. some options + thoughts: medication - at least for any requisite immediate alleviation of symptoms, Xanax works well in that it is quick acting, doesn't require continual usage in order to work + has a short half life exercise - this can work wonders in lowering both anxiety as well as as aggression, stress, etc. cardio coupled contemporaneously with meditation can't be beat! meditation - though this hasn't worked yet for me personally, it does for many peeps; however, i find the long-lasting effects to be minimal at this point in life therapy - you mentioned that you had tried some forms...perhaps a form of immersion therapy would be worth pursuing? lucid dreaming - i have only recently come across this in a more enlightened form (many thanks to fringe-ology as a possible means of working though many issues of the self + am currently giving it a shot hope this helps + best of luck!

Hi What you experienced is called panic attack Be regular with your prescribed medications. Practice standard mind relaxation techniques consistently as this would do wonders with time. It takes time to master this situation but eventually it's possible
