Reason for Anxiety
Recently quit my job due to stress moved from mumbai to kanpur .Further my grandfather also expired recently.I go to yoga classes but feel they help me for the day but again at night its same.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. Appreciate your interest to mange stress through yoga. It's a very good first step. Surely it will benefit you and continue this life long. About your anxiety at night, it still shows your are distrubed at mind and keep thinking and worrying about past. You need to control and manage these though. Moreover , you also need to know how to handle stress and in life, as you will face many such suitations in future and you can't quit everytime. Have a warm milk before bed. Finish your dinner min 3hrs before sleep. Do a gentle coconut oil foot massage before sleep. There are few home remedies for good sleep.
