I have chronic diarrhoea and weight loss with colonic biopsy shows reactive lymphoid hyperplasia and decreased hb count with wbc count 16000 esr 50 mm per hour what can be the reasons can it turns into lymphoma 🥺

Can you ask the pathologist to do ZN stain on the biopsy and also TB PCR test along with culture for TB. Also have stool tests for microscopy and culture. Have a CXR done along with HIV testing too. Please be examined by a physician. The changes your biopsy show are usually a result of a chronic infection. All the best. J G S R clinic.
