Reaction to clotrimazole 1% on foreskin.

I was having a little infection on my inner foreskin most likely yeast infection although I have never diagonsed it properly but there's no chance of me having a STD n the infection was little with no pain n uncomfortable feeling so I neglected it for about a year. Now I thought to get rid of it so I googled the symptoms n took a antifungal topical cream clotrimazole 1%. I m not allergic to anything until now so i thought It wouldn't be much big of a deal. I applied it for nearly 4 days, it was pretty normal for 2 days .Then it started to show a mild redness on the outer foreskin but I didn't think of it as much after 4 days it started to look much worse n it was clear then that i was having a reaction to cream. I stopped applying it, it's been 2 days now n the reaction is not looking good with itching n burning sensation. I wanna know whom to consult a urologist or a dermatologist or sexologist. N it's very awkward to call n ask , please help if anyone can consult me properly.
