Re occurring armpit boils
I have an excessive underarm sweating condition for which I went to a dermatologist a few months ago and he suggested noswet roll on. It works great but I have had these armpit boils ever since. 2 or 3 at a time, painful for weeks and sometimes they just do not vanish for weeks. Can't do without the roll on either. Hlp

As per your snaps it appears to be early stage hidradenitis suppuratis condition and it will responds well to laser hair ablation of bilateal axilla and vit a supplements.

You have hidradenitis suppurative which is chronic recurrent disease and have a relapsing and remitting course. Treatment depend on the stage and severity you should consult your dermatologist for planning your management
