Rdw 14.6? What to do
I did a half yearly blood checkip, cbc showed rdw to be around 14.6, is there any deficiencies? What should I do to treat it?

Hi, RDW has a normal range of 11.5 to 14.5, hence 14.6 is not necessarily deranged or high. Secondly, isolated mild increase in RDW, is not indicative of any deficiency.

It could be due to some nutrient deficiency or maybe recent infection just eat healthy diet with good oral hydration, eat your meals on time, maintain strict sleep and wake up cycle, 30mins cardio exercise regularly
That should be enough, recheck your CBP After 3months if it still shows deranged parameters then based on your symptoms and signs you should get evaluated for further management and treatment.
As of now if your HB TLC PLATELET with in normal limits nothing to be worried!
