Rbc in urine
I had 1-2 rbc /hpf in my urine a week ago and when I again repeated it after one week rbc came as nill...should I consult a urologist or not required

Since you are getting repeated urine routine microscopy i believe you must be having some issues, so it is better that you consult an urologist for proper evaluation and management.
Next Steps
get a usg abdomen, pelvis, postvoid residual urine as well along with a urine culture.
