RBBB, ischemic changes in inferior leads
I got ECG test done after having mild sensation in left hand. The report mentioned RBBB and ischemic changes in inferior leads, however 2D echocardiography showed normal results. Kindly advise on the severity of this issue. My details : 58 yrs old Female. Have high BP and blood sugar levels

Rbbb can be normal finding but if you have symptoms better get evaluated
