Rashes wont go away (picture)

I have these two rashes, on opposite sides on my torso, and they have not gone away in 4 months. They have not gotten any bigger in size, but they remain itchy. I have other symptoms as well, including fatigue, headaches, gastrointestinal cramps, etc. I have been staying away from GLuten for a month now thinking it would help the rash, but it has not.
