Rashes under the foot

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have been facing this issue for 2to 3 months . I don't know what to say about this. This is like rahes and some times skin is coming like powder is making pain. I applied itch gaurs. But no use. Please see the attached file for more clarity of my words and problem. Suggest me some medicine. Thank you
