Rashes on skin at multiple areas
My wife is undergoing lactation, and last 3-4 days she has prickly heat rashes on skin. They ate still spreading over the body at multiple areas.
Her diet has been mainly warm ajawain water, jeera powder in everything she eats, etc and even bath in warm water. Because of baby we keep the AC at 28 degree Celsius or warmer.
What should be done ?
