Rashes on scrotum due to rubbing thighs

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I took a walk around 2 kms. i found my skin on scrotum is caught between my thighs and little discomfort. On the next day, i found rashes in red color on my scrotum. i consulted a doctor and came to know it is not related to internal problem. i used Ultrafen,Roxikaa,Atarax 25mg and calosoft-af lotion. but no change in color and slight bleeding and extreme pain
