Hi , I am getting allergy on hands if I go to cold or if I go to rain , basically it appears on exposed area , pls advise

Need proper history and certain tests as well
Since how long you are suffering from this ?
Does this happen when you exert in cold like Hogg PR do physical exertion so as to raise the body temperature or it occurs on cold exposure ?
