  4. Rashes on penis. Most of my pubic hair.

Rashes on penis
I got rashes on my penis and testis and it's very itching. It is very itching in that entire area. I am using  dusting powder for last 3 days and also used anti fungal ointment also but it also not working great. Please help me in this matter. As a remedy I even cut down most of my pubic hair.
