Rashes on nose
The weather in Chennai makes me sweat a lot. I sweat on my nose the most. This causes redness, rashes due to wiping the sweat & small boils on it. Upon consulting a dermatologist 1 month ago, I was given Deriva-CMS (adapalene microspheres plus clindamycin phosphate gel) to be applied every night. I applied it only for some nights that too on & off because sometimes I felt that it's increased the redness & other times I felt it's not making any difference. What should I do?
