Rashes on my penis head
I have red rashes on my penis head part from few days I use dettol with luke warm water to clean so can you please tell me is it a serious problem

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Please don't use dettol, it can cause severe irritation on skin.
