Rashes on hand

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have rashes on my hand and it cause itching which is so irritating. Somebody suggested Betnovate - N but it gets only temporary relief. I don't use detergent still i have this problem. I attached pics of my hand. Plz help

Hi. The cause of the rashes has to elicited and accordingly the treatment is given. If tge rash was deep seated grain like, then possibility of a condition known as cheiropompholyx exists. Are other sites like soles involved as well? Do you get recurrent allergies or are u allergic to nickel. Does it occur while holding something which is metal-based, any contact with harsh soaps, acids, etc. Systemic non-sedating anti-histamines will help in regards to the itching otherwise.
