From yesterday night she started itching near legs, crying a lot. It's like a small pimples very quickly increasing. Also kind of ulcers in mouth.

Hi. Greetings. This appears to be hand foot and mouth disease based on the symptoms you have described. You must show it to a dermatologist or pediatric dermatologist at earliest and confirm. She'll need oral anti histamine syrup for relief from itching. The condition usually resolves completely within a week. You can apply calamine lotion on the hand and feet lesions. Hope this helps.
