Rashes on face, under eyes, neck, chest.

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have a history of getting red rashes on my face, under the eyes, neck and chest when the weather is hot. They become very painful and even calamine lotion is not able to relieve the pain and irritation. I've consulted many doctors but nothing seems to work. Sometimes due to prolonged rashes the skin starts to scab or peel off. Im 25 years old woman and this started around 3 years ago.
