Rashes on both hands and on chest

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, My wife is breast feeding for 2 months old daughter and she observed some rashes and small bumps on both the hands and on chest. The outside temperatue getting higher as we are approaching summer and inside house also we can feel the heat. Is this infection due to heat or due to breast feeding or something need attention? Pls suggest Thank you
